RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We allow returns or exchanges ONLY if;
- You received the incorrect item: Item shipped does not match the item name and number on purchase order and/or invoice)
- The item arrived defective in function: Function must be expressed directly on purchase order, invoice, or Inert Products website)
- Your order is damaged in transit: Only applies if shipping FOB Destination. FOB Origin orders must purchase shipment insurance (not included automatically)
- Claims will only be valid if filed with Inert Products within 90 days of receipt of delivery at the destination. If proof cannot be provided of delivery date, the 90 days will be counted from the day the order leaves Inert Products facilities.
- All returns / exchanges must have first obtained a Return Verification Number (RVN)
- Any items received without a RVN number will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
- Please email Sales@InertProducts.com to obtain a RVN number and further instruction.
