Nonprofit agencies for the blind, and qualified nonprofit agencies for other severely disabled
government agencies
Federal, state, and local government agencies are eligible; For example, City of Scranton, Alabama Dept of Commerce, and more
Schools and universities
Including state and local universities and schools; This term does not include private / charter schools
